Firearms Licensing Information
Attention All Applicants For Firearms Identification Cards And License To Carry Firearms
Applications will not be accepted by mail or over the counter!
Photos will be taken at time of appointment
License To Carry Firearms / Firearms Identification Card
All Applicants must make an appointment with Lt. Terry. Email wterry@beverlyma.gov or Call 978-921-6041 to schedule an appointment with Lt. Terry.
Items needed at time of appointment:

Call for an appointment 4-5 months prior to expiration of your current firearms license.

Valid MA drivers license.

Current firearms license.

A $100.00 non-refundable check.
New applicants must additionally bring an appropriate firearm safety course certificate from an instructor who has been certified by the Massachusetts department of Public Safety and a Drivers license or positive ID.
