Beverly Police Arrested Miguel Peguero 20 of Lynn, on charges of possession with intent to distribute Class A (Heroin) Class B (Suboxone), refusing to identify self to police, disorderly conduct, violation of an abuse prevention order, and on 4 outstanding warrants following a traffic stop on Thorndike Street.
6/3/14: Beverly Police Officers Mark Panjwani and Matthew Marino assisted in the delivery of a Baby on Sunday evening at approximately 10:30pm. Officers Panjwani and Marino along with members of the Beverly Fire Department and Northeast Ambulance Service responded to a Hillcrest Avenue residence for a report of a woman in active labor. Upon arrival all personnel assisted in the delivery of a healthy baby.

On Sunday May 4th members of the Beverly Police Department and Beverly Police Domestic Violence Unit will participate in the Walk/Run for HAWC at Salem Commons in Salem Massachusetts.
Beverly Police Arrested, Hector Dejesus, 20 and Joshua Delgado-Peralata, 23 both of Lynn and charged them with possession with intent to distribute cocaine. Dejesus was additionally charged with operating after license revocation, speeding, and forging/misusing a registry document. Delgado-Peralata was additionally charged with giving false information to a Police Officer following a traffic stop on County Way near the intersection with Bridge Street.
The Beverly Police are investigating an armed robbery with a hypodermic needle that took place at Walgreen's Pharmacy in the early morning hours of March 13th
